We have seen such changes in Forest School since the end of last term. Lots of leaves on the trees, nettles growing and dandelions too. In the pond, we’ve even spotted our first tadpole - although we would have thought there would be more!
The children enjoyed playing imaginatively, pond dipping with Leah, planting flowered to take home to look after and creating nature sun-catchers.
Before Easter, the class came up with a list of different things that they’d like to cook on the campfire and today we had the first one; cheesy pasta. We talked about how we would need to cook the dried pasta so that it was soft, using a pan of hot water.
