This week we have been learning about how people in China celebrate their new year. We found out that children born in 2014 were born in the year of the horse and children born in 2015 were born in  the year of the goat.

Children have been making Chinese dragons, lanterns and drums, as well as writing their names using Chinese symbols. Some children even wrote the numbers to 10 in Chinese symbols.
