Red Nose Disco

Our school captains wanted to organise a disco to support Comic Relief. It was organised almost entirely by these four children and they did a great job with their music choices and DJing. Well done!

World  Book Day

After an exciting dance session based around either Where the Wild Things Are or The BFG, we enjoyed a week of work around these themes, culminating in dressing up as book characters. The costumes were simply amazing!

Well done to everyone (including adults) for all of your thought and hard work.

We all thoroughly enjoyed this week.

World Book Week

Class 5 have had a fantastic week, carrying out activities on The BFG by Roald Dahl. We took part in a dance workshop, created our own magical dream worlds, carried out a data project, baked some cakes and made some beautiful dream catchers - we have been very busy!

Book Week Dance Workshops

We all had great fun in our dance workshops based on "Where the Wild Things Are" and "The BFG". Thank you very much to the School Association for paying for them!

Netball success!

We were super proud of our netball team at the partnership event in Burford.  They very quickly started the afternoon with a win and just seemed to get better and better as time went on.  Their passes were slick and their shots became increasingly accurate. They thoroughly deserve their place in the next small schools round, which will be held on 16th March at Wood Green School.  Well done!!
